Hitting
One-on-one or small group instruction with former Division I softball players emphasizing hitting mechanics, strength, and mental approach to the plate.
Defense
One-one-one or small group defensive instruction covering infield, outfield, and/or catching integrated with general and position-specific agility footwork and strength
Pitching
Individual or small group instruction with Division I softball players emphasizing pitching mechanics, endurance, specific pitches, and mental approach in the circle.
Arm Care
Group-based preventative arm care based on Austin Wasserman Strength programs. Focus on arm pattern, hip and trunk utilization, sequence, and high level throwing drills and exercises to perform on a daily to weekly basis.
Speed & Agility
Small group instruction working on body-weight endurance, core training, footwork, and hand-work for softball-specific movements.
Sport Psychology
Softball-specific mental approach and skill building with University of Arkansas Athletic Department Mental Health and Performance Clinician, KC Cross.
Nutrition
Athlete-specific nutrition education focusing on proper food and liquid intake to ensure high-level performance on and off the field.
